Portable Dewatering Pumps

Flygt 2000 pumps handle large flows of up to 330 l/s (5200 GPM) and high heads of up to 230 m (750 ft.). Available with power ratings from 3 to 90 kW, 50 Hz (5.3 to 140 hp, 60 Hz), these drainage pumps are engineered for professional use in tough mining, construction, tunnelling, and industrial dewatering applications.

The Flygt 2000 submersible pumps stand up to any type of job. These pumps have their heritage from the famous Flygt Bibo pumps, and are highly wear-resistant, with the ability to handle chemically aggressive and mechanically abrasive fluids laden with particles. On top of that, they are safe for dry running and snoring operations.

The Flygt 2000 pumps are available with two outer casing options: lightweight aluminum and corrosion resistant cast iron.

Explosion-proof (Ex) and MSHA-approved versions available. Some models available with stainless steel parts for pumping acidic liquid

We have a global service network to support you with application engineering, pump repair, spare parts, and turnkey on-site dewatering services. No matter what the challenge, our dewatering solutions keep you on solid ground.

Wear-Resistant, Efficient & Reliable Drainage Pumps

Flygt 2600 pumps handle flows of up to 100 l/s (1500 GPM), heads to 90 m (300 ft.), and solids of up to 80 mm (3.2 in.) in diameter. Available with power ratings from 0.85 to 18 kW, 50 Hz (1.3 to 27 hp, 60 Hz), these drainage pumps are engineered for professional use in tough mining, construction, tunneling, and industrial dewatering applications.

Built to improve worksite productivity and profitability

The Flygt 2600 series is built to last. These robust dewatering pumps feature innovative hydraulics, durable materials, and a practical, ergonomic design. The result is unmatched wear-resistance, consistent performance over time, and ease of service. This contributes to a low overall cost of ownership.

Three times more wear-resistant than conventional drainage pumps,

Flygt 2600 pumps feature our patented DuraSpin™ hydraulic system, Hard-Iron™ impeller, Plug-In Cartridge seal, fewer components, and durable construction materials.

The series consists of six drainage and three solids-handling sludge pump versions. These pumps cover low, medium, and super-high pressures to handle most any applications for worksites of every size.

Flygt 2700 pumps handle large flows up to 80 l/s (1000 GPM), high heads to 75 m (250 ft.), and solids up to 80 mm (3.2 in.) in diameter. Available with power ratings from 1.5 to 5.6 kW, 50 hz (3.1 to 13 hp, 60 hz), these abrasive and corrosion resistant pumps are engineered for acidic and abrasive dewatering applications in mines, power stations, paper mills, steel mills and chemical plants.

The stainless steel design enables the pumps to handle advanced drainage jobs in environments where pH levels are unpredictable and varying – from very acidic to very alkaline. You get optimal protection against all types of corrosion, even in exposed areas such as connections, and between the different parts of the pump.

Consisting of three drainage and three solids-handling sludge versions, the 2700 series handles liquids with pH levels between 2 and 10, while keeping your repair costs to a minimum and reducing unplanned downtime.
